1. He will need a profit & loss statement plus an accounting of inventory on hand and as much information as you can supply concerning your business. This information will allow him to appraise the business and advise as to the fair market value. We were able to agree upon a selling price and sold the business for that price. 

2. Bill is very private with any information pertaining to the sale and always sets an appointment to show the business, usually after business hours. This allowed him to facilitate the sale without it becoming public knowledge to my employees.

If I were the market of selling a business today, I would not consider calling anyone but Bill Pinson. He takes a personal interest in each transaction and handles your business as if it were his own.
