His journey has taken him from guiding startups and advising medium-sized businesses to achieve rapid and sustainable growth, to founding his own company and transforming it into a thriving business with 150 employees within its first three years. Along the way, he successfully navigated complex change management at the employee level, while also spearheading ownership-level negotiations during multiple mergers and acquisitions. During his professional career, Joseph mastered skill sets as an operational leader, entrepreneur, and business consultant with over a decade of experience building, managing, and growing businesses across a range of industries, including financial technology, marketing, supply chain, food and beverage, and agriculture.
